Ready to pick up your tickets to all our events for Freshers’ Week and beyond? Our website requires you to log in with your University account to purchase tickets. If you’re joining Surrey as a new student, you’ll need to take the following steps.

Complete your online registration

Online registration allows you to confirm all your personal and academic information. It’s an essential step that all new students need to take. You'll be sent a link by email once you've accepted your place at Surrey. 

Completing your online registration is easy, and there’s a full guide available on MySurrey.

Access your IT account

Once you’ve completed online registration, you’ll need to set up your IT account to get access to your University email. You should be able to do this between 24 – 48 hours after completing your online registration!

The University also has a full guide to accessing your IT account on MySurrey.

Login to the Union Website

Once you’ve got access to your University email account, head back on over to our website. In the top right hand corner, click “login”, and you’ll be able to sign in with your University email account details.

After you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to buy tickets, Sports Club and Society memberships, and more via our website!

Getting set-up on Tixtu
