Our latest Union trip was to Mercedes-Benz World, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I joined Union President Matt and a friend for the visit, and as soon as we arrived, we kicked things off with a guided tour focused on the history and evolution of Mercedes-Benz. Coming from an engineering background, it was fascinating to see how engineering has advanced over the years and how much innovation has shaped the brand we know today.

After the tour, we headed to the driving simulators, where we raced for five laps. I came 7th overall, which I’ll happily take! We then tried the reaction wall challenge, and I proudly won my round against my friend.

Before leaving, we had the chance to explore the track area and watch some of the cars in action, including one doing full loops, which was amazing to see in person. Even though it was raining, we still got a great view of the track and all the excitement happening out there.

It was a fantastic trip full of engineering, speed, and fun. A must-visit for any motorsport or automotive fan!
