Union Creates: Coasters

Starting at university can feel exciting, busy, and a little overwhelming. If you’re finding your feet on campus, come along to Coasters for a chilled drop-in activity at Welcome Lounge.

You’ll get the chance to decorate your own coaster, take a break from the Freshers’ rush, and meet new people in a relaxed, friendly space. No experience is needed, and there’s no pressure to stay for the whole session. Drop in, get creative, and have a chat while you make something to take home.

This is the perfect opportunity to:

• Ease into campus life at your own pace;
• Meet other freshers in a calm, welcoming setting;
• Try a simple creative activity with no pressure;
• Make something useful for your new room.

This is a FREE activity hosted by Surrey Students’ Union. Come along with your student ID! All materials will be provided. Just bring yourself!
