The Team Surrey Sailing club is a vibrant and inclusive community welcoming everyone - from complete beginners who've never stepped into a boat to experienced sailors and competitive racers. Whether you're starting your sailing journey or looking to sharpen your skills, the club offers a wide range of opportunities to match your interests.

We train every Wednesday afternoon at Frensham Pond Sailing Club, meeting outside of Surrey Sports Park at 1pm.

Our main competitive focus is team racing in Fireflies, taking part in BUCS events and university-hosted competitions - perfect for meeting other sailors and practising fast, tactical sailing. We also aim to compete in BUCS fleet and match racing, with weekend events that are always great fun and a brilliant way to develop your racing experience.

Any questions, feel free to email us at ussu.sailing@surrey.ac.uk or send us a DM on Instagram or TikTok at teamsurreysailing.
